Purpose of Repository Policy
The primary goal of this policy is to provide secure and sustainable archiving of all published manuscripts. Depositing articles in recognized repositories helps preserve the scientific record, facilitates academic collaboration, and ensures that research outputs remain accessible to the global scientific community.
Types of Deposits

Author Self-Archiving & Versions: Authors are permitted to deposit preprints, post-prints (accepted manuscripts), and the final published PDF (Version of Record) in institutional, subject-specific, or public repositories (such as Zenodo) immediately upon publication with zero embargo period.
- Institutional & Subject Repositories: Authors may deposit their work in affiliated university or discipline-specific repositories with full citation and hyperlinked attribution to Journal of Health Synapse (JHS).
- Digital Preservation Network: The journal utilizes digital preservation repositories (including PKP Preservation Network) to ensure long-term archiving and continuous global accessibility of all published research.
